Who counts as an agent?+
Anyone who can reply to customers: owners, admins and agents. Viewers (read-only, for managers or finance) are free.
Is there a free trial?+
Yes, 14 days on Growth, no card needed. If you do nothing at the end, the workspace pauses; nothing is charged.
Do I get a GST invoice?+
Yes, on every bill, with your GSTIN. Business plans are invoiced annually; bank transfer and UPI both work.
Can I change plans later?+
Any time. Upgrades apply immediately; downgrades at the next billing date.
What about more than 50 agents?+
